Return and Refund Policy for The eBook and Video Guide

**Returns**
If you are not completely satisfied with your eBook or video guide purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The request for a return must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase.
2. The eBook and video guide must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used.
3. The eBook and video guide must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on returning the product.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and verified, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable transaction fees.
**Refunds**
Refunds for eBook and video guide purchases will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
**Exceptions**
Please note that the following situations are exempt from our 60-day return and refund policy:
1. Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used.
2. Products that are damaged or not in their original condition.
